Discover one way I was able to foster inclusiveness and encouragement throughout my time in high school -- I'm always actively aiming to bring positivity to my community and support to those around me.

At this stage of my life, I’ve realized something that’s shaping every decision I make: meaningful work matters more than anything else. Titles, prestige, even salary—they’re important, but they don’t drive me the way impact does. What really matters to me is being part of something that serves others, uplifts my community, and leaves a lasting imprint.
One of the most defining experiences I’ve had was serving as the Director of the Champions League—a soccer league specifically created for individuals with disabilities. I wasn’t just organizing games. I was helping create joy, connection, and belonging for players who often don’t get the spotlight. Watching the players compete, seeing their confidence grow, and hearing their families cheer from the sidelines—those moments hit deeper than any win I’ve ever had on the field.
It reminded me that purposeful work creates powerful change.
The Champions League taught me that leadership is about empathy. It’s about creating systems that include everyone and celebrating what makes each person unique. I wasn’t doing it for recognition—I was doing it because it felt right. Because it mattered. That same mindset is something I now carry into every project, team, and role I take on.
As I step further into the world of business and real estate, that sense of meaning remains non-negotiable. Whether I’m collaborating on a marketing campaign, helping a family find their future home, or developing something sustainable that benefits the larger community—I want my work to reflect values, not just results.
Meaningful work isn’t always flashy. It’s not always loud. But it always lasts. It leaves people better than you found them. And that’s the kind of legacy I’m chasing.
